another cheat is to put the mouse right next to the star and press F5 to refresh. then get the star.

or you can enter in the in bit of the maze then hold left click so a circle with a line through it comes up then move next to the star and let go then you appear there.

There's a bug on the second to last "fake" wall. It disappears when you're on the space 1 over from where it should be. Then when you move to the proper space it re-appears but you can still move through it.
