This one shows that Mozilla will allow :hover on any element. Here it is used in a div.
Opera 7.5 also gets it right but IE has no idea. To see IE in action we need to change the divs to spans and put them in a link, then apply the :hover to the link.
5th September 2006 - works in Internet Explorer 7.
10th March 2015 - works in all the latest browsers.
