A horizontal droplist menu with a difference.
Hovering the top level links will stretch the hovered link and shrink the others so that the overall width stays the same. Once the hovered link has stretched then the droplist will slide down.
Moving to another top level link will see the droplist slide back up and then the new link will stretch an the original hovered top list will shrink and finally the new droplist will slide down.
Internet Explorer and Firefox 3.x will see an instant change of images on hover, but Firefox 4+ and latest versions of Safari, Chrome and Opera will see the stretch and droplist animation.
I have also added CSS3 gradients, curved corners and drop shadows for browsers that support these styles.
Performs best in Firefox.
