Doing it with style
The next menu in this series is a droplist. But this one has several other features for Firefox, Opera, Chrome and Safari.
For the iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch the menu will work by tapping the top level tabs but again the droplist will stay open until another link is tapped, so this one has a 'close' icon which appears above each top level tab when tapped. Tapping this icon will close the currently open tab.
If you are using Firefox 4 beta, Opera, Safari or Chrome you will notice that there is a delay in opening the droplist, this has been done to stop the annoying flash of the droplist if the mouse is moved over the tabs. There is also a delay in closing the droplist if the mouse is accidentally moved off the droplist.
All browsers except IE will have rounded corners on the droplists.
Tested and working in IE6+, Firefox, Safari, Opera, Chrome, Flock, SeaMonkey, iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad.
