CSS MENUS Another multi-level flyout menu
Date : 16th October 2006
For all modern browsers
This demo is too wide for your mobile screen.
Please view on a tablet or PC.
I have had so many requests for this type of menu over the last few weeks that I have decided to put up this demonstration.
Instead of having the flyout start from the same level as the selected list item, this one always starts with the top sub-level item in line with the top of the first level.
This way the menu does not cascade down the page, which may result in scrolling the page to see all the items. It is more compact and in some ways easier to navigate.
This works in IE5.5, IE6, IE7, Firefox, Opera etc.
