CSS MENUS Responsive single level menu - with 'current' selection highlighted

For all modern browsers
A set of three single level menus that change to slide down menus when the browser window is too small to have the list in a horizontal row.
When shown as a dropdown list the current selected item is shown as the top item.
IE9, IE10 & IE10 Touch Screens, Chrome, Safari, Opera, iPad, iPhone, iPod Touch, Android Firefox including Touch Screens, Android Chrome including Touch Screens, Android Opera including Touch Screens, Early versions of all browsers without @media-query support but not responsive.
