Doing it with style
A filing cabinet (or sometimes file cabinet in American English) is a piece of office furniture usually used to store paper documents in file folders. In the most simple context, it is an enclosure for drawers in which items are stored. The two most common forms of filing cabinets are vertical files and lateral files. A vertical file cabinet has drawers that extend from the short side (typically 15 inches) of the cabinet. A lateral file cabinet has drawers that extend from the long side (various lengths) of the cabinet.
The scroll bars can be styled in Chrome, Safari and IE. IE10 on touch screen devices will also allow for scrolling of this panel.
Cloud storage is a model of networked enterprise storage where data is stored not only in the user's computer, but in virtualized pools of storage which are generally hosted by third parties, too. Hosting companies operate large data centers, and people who require their data to be hosted buy or lease storage capacity from them. The data center operators, in the background, virtualize the resources according to the requirements of the customer and expose them as storage pools, which the customers can themselves use to store files or data objects. Physically, the resource may span across multiple servers. The safety of the files depends upon the hosting websites.

For IE9+, Firefox, Opera, Safari, Chrome, iPad, iPhone, iPod Touch, IE10 Touch Screen and Android OS Touch Screen
A Windows 8 'Metro' style menu that works in all modern browsers including iOS and Android OS using just CSS.
Just click/tap any of the icon panels to popup a panel to the right and show that this icon is selected by displaying a tick at the top right corner.
Click/tap the sam icon to close the popup panel or click/tap another icon to scroll that panel into view.
The panels can contain any code you like from plain text to forms and galleries and if the content is longer than the panel height then scrollbars will be added.
Scrolling can be done on all touch screens and the scrollbars styled in Chrome, Safari and Internet Explorer.
It would be nice if there was a CSS standard for scrollbar styling and all browsers had support for this, after all scrollbars are part of the page presentation and as such it should be possible to 'style' them.
