Doing it with style
A simple method of having a toggle action using just CSS.
This involves using checkbox inputs which when first clicked/tapped applies a :checked state which can be used in the same way as :hover. The second click/tap then removes the :checked state and the style reverts back to its original state.
Because of all the time and effort spent in producing this demonstration I would ask that you respect my copyright.
