CSS DEMOS Stacking Slideshow with animation
Date : 30th November 2012
For all modern browsers
This demo is too wide for your mobile screen.
Please view on a tablet or PC.
I recently came across a jquery demonstration by Pedro Botelho StackSlider which used a mixture of CSS3 and jQuery to produce a stacked slideshow with animation and thought that it would be possible to recreate this using just CSS.
So this is my version which uses just CSS3 and 3D animation but absolutely no javascript.
This demo works in all the latest browser versions except Opera which does not yet support 3D transforms. The animaton is a little jerky in Firefox but is much better in Aurora and smoothest in Chrome.
This demo is offered as a free download.
