CSS DEMOS CSS only imagemap with hover effect
Date : 16th September 2014
For Firefox, Chrome, Safari and Opera with fallback for IE7/8/9/10/11
This demo is too wide for your mobile screen.
Please view on a tablet or PC.
Using a similar method to the previous imagemap demo, this one has a hover image and hover text panel.
This is a basic html image map with hover effect using just CSS that works in all the latest browsers except Internet Explorer IE7/8/9/10/11 which sees this as a plain image map with no hover effect, so it still works in these browsers.
So if you are using Firefox, Chrome, Safari or Opera, just hover the animal shapes to see that shape display the amimal image and show a text panel in the centre top area of the image map.
