CSS DEMOSA permanent image click gallery

For all modern browsers

Please view on a tablet or PC.

Information

I have had many requests for a photo gallery where the clicked image will stay on screen no matter what else you do. Well this is it. Click on any of the thumbnail images to see the full size image above. This will stay in place no matter where else you click or scroll the page. You can even refresh the page and the same image will be reloaded (non IE browsers). Click the cross to close any image.

You can also tab through the images AND open the page with any of the images displayed using the #pic(x) after the page url (non IE browsers).

The only small problem is that this does not work in Opera, but it does work in IE5.5, IE6, IE7, IE8, Firefox, Safari(PC) and Google Chrome.

All the photographs in this gallery have either been purchased from Dreamstime for use on CSS play or have been obtained from the stock.xchng. These are copyright the various photographers and should not be copied without their permission.

27th June 2010 - This now works in the latest version of Opera.
